Initiative for Local Aid - The ILA website was created to assist individual advocacy by providing information at critical times and outlining specific courses of action enabling residents to act in unison. Our current goal is to increase state aid, motivate legislative change by seeking Chapter 70 reform, and acquire fair and equitable funding for Chelmsford.
